1st all grain

Did first all grain today. Took a couple of water additions to hit strike temp, did biermunchers krisper kolsch and got a post 90 min boil of 1.040. Collected too much wort during the sparge to do a 60 min boil. Target og was 1.046 for 75%. Oh well I'm drunk and going to take a nap.

n00b every one knows you dont pass out after brewing beer!!! you take your notes down THEN pass out LOL its awfully hard to remember the hop schedual the next morning if you where drunk when brewing!

congratulations on your first AG! i think its easier than extract brewing couple more steps but so much more fullfilling! (plus since it takes longer you get to drink more beers lol)
