I'm going for a Pilsner (the style, not the malt specifically) flavor in a pale / blonde ale. I know it won't be dead on, and that's fine.

Any suggestions? Should I replace some of the 2 row with Pilsner malt, or will the Saaz lend plenty of the spicy / floral characteristics from a nice Czech Pilsner?

Looks good. In the blonde ale I do, the only malt I use is pilsner. Also, I try to get as clean a finish as possible, so I use WLP001 yeast - it's dry equivalent is Safale US05.
