I poured myself a glass of my Thaibock (a maibock with a single dried bird's eye chile--from my garden, natch--in the bottle). I'm wondering where chile beers have been all my life. This is great. Malty, somehow slightly chocolatey, and with a kick that, as SWMBO says, makes you think, "what the hell just happened?"
I see another chile beer in my future for sure.
