Looking for a nice beer to make with only cascade pellets, any recipe suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

and thanks inadvance.

Never made it, but I hear EdWort's Haus Pale is pretty tasty... and all Cascade.

Man there's a lot you can do with them... I do a black IPA with cascade thats easy and delicious. If young got them for cheap I would dry hop something with a bunch of them

How big is your batch size? I make a 10 gallon batch of "pounder pale ale" that uses an entire pound of cascade. It is delightfull. I could scale it down to 5 gallon if you wish.

This was one of my all time favs.....

12 gallon batch at %80 efficiency
17 pounds two row
2 pound munich
1 pound C40
1 pound C60
½ pound victory
6 oz C120
WLP001
Mash at 154
OG = 1.050
FG = 1.010
.40 oz Columbus at 60 minutes
1# of cascade whole cone hops at 3 minutes.
I did a hot whirlpool for about 5 minutes as well before I activated the chiller.
I cold pitched a two liter WLP001 starter, active fermentation/full krausen in about 12 hours.
Chugging away at 70 degrees.
Appears to be perfectly orange/copper
