Here is another recipe from Ron Pattinson's blog, Shut Up About Barclay Perkins. This from the Heineken brew logs in 1936. The gravity of this one makes it too strong to have been sold in Germany as a Märzen. Like their Meibier a few years later this one didn't last long in the Heineken portfolio. There is a decoction mash schedule included in Ron's post but I chose to do an single infusion mash.

This was kegged at the end of February and I have only drawn one sample. Pic included. I will continue to let it lager for another few weeks but it tastes great so far!

Looks good, its like a boston lager had a baby with a carlsberg
