Also it only requires you to be 21 if the drinking age in your place of residence requires you to be 21.

In the Cheese Making Forum the minimum age is 12 years old, though you may still not be allowed to discuss cutting the cheese.
Meat Smoking Forum ... 16 (with I.D.) in most states.
Cooking and Pairing Forum... generally 13 years old ... 10yo with parent. 18 if the discussion involves eggs.
