1554 Clone Kit help

i have read a bunch of posts about this, and it seems that the ahs kit is the closest to the original, but there is no list of ingredients about what the grain bill is. I probably already have a lot of the ingredients, and don't want to buy the kit, but would like to make it. Anyone make this, and keep the list of ingredients, or punch into beersmith or promash?

I am looking for all grain...(if found this in a lme format)

I'd call and ask them. They're usually really cool about it, especially if you'll be buying the ingredients you don't already have from them.
