Do you know what the exact size of that fermenter is?

Yes, the fermenter is 30 liters. The coopers recipes make 23 liters (approx. 6 gallons) so it fills up around 3/4 or so. Plenty of room for a nice krausen.

Also, on the outside are liter marks so it's easy to top off.
