Is a 15 gallon pot big enough for a 10 gallon (roughly 13 gal preboil) boil? Trying to plan my RIMS system and want to have the ability to do both 5 and 10 gallon batches.

You will have to watch the boil as its possible to get a boilover (i'm two for my last two) but 15 gallons is fine. The B3 systems use 15 gallon pots, and I believe Sabco does as well

I boil 13.5 gal in my keggle, just have to keep a closer eye on it.

I have boiled over with just 6 1/2 gal boil in the keggle and not paying attention.
