Hey there! I'm trying to clean off my shelves, and simplify the hardware I keep on hand. I have 13 PCBs for building BrewPi-ESP temperature controllers.

What are these?

These are pre-populated circuit boards that simplify the build of a BrewPi fermentation temperature controller. While some soldering and external components are still required, this eliminates needing to do most of the low voltage wiring, and makes adding an LCD simple.

What else would you need to complete a build?

The through-hole components (pin headers, screw terminals, and RJ-45 terminals), DS18b20 temperature sensors, power supply, and microcontrollers (ESP32-S2 or ESP8266). I will include 6x ESP32-S2 if you're interested.

Price:

Free, just pay shipping.

Any questions? Shoot me a PM!

There's a claim pending for 3 of these (with 3x of the ESP32-S2s), so ~10 left.

Great project for your homebrew club, or your personal homebrew-club-sized brewery (I don't judge).

1 more claimed, and one more claim pending, so between 8 and 9 left.

I also found an extra D1 Mini lying around for once the S2s have all been claimed. Not the controller I recommend, but if you want to get started, it'll save you waiting for an S2 to arrive!

The 4 pending (and the 2 S2 minis) have been claimed. I have 4 remaining, with 2 D1 Minis.

I also have three other boards available for the adventurous.

These are ESP32 (D32) “one size fits all” PCBs which are the current design. They work with LoLin D32 and D32 Pro controllers, and support both SMD and TH components (you choose). They work with either the D32 Pro TFT, a third party TFT (via the box header and separate “backpack” TFT which I can optionally include if you want), or an I2C LCD (requires SMD components).

The problem with these is that the fab house forgot the silkscreen. Since I’m not a monster, I’m including one with the silkscreen, but for two of them you’re going to have to match the marked PCB.

I’m happy to send this with or separate from the other (“Mini”) PCBs - but will only send all 3 of these together (unless you’re truly crazy and only want the unmarked ones)

Still free.
