Hello,

I had some spare parts left over from my 240V controller build so I decided to make another inexpensive 120V controller for doing things like Sous Vide and pre-heating strike water running off a mechanical timer and using a 240V to 120V adapter cable for my HLT heating element.

I am having some issues with the MYPIN TD4-SNR. Even after running autotune several times it tries to maintain PV about 3°F above the SV.

Cheers!

There's no hysteresis adjustment when it is in PID mode (you can configure it as a simple on/off controller). I tried "I" parameter at "1" but it still maintains about 0.5-1°F below the set point.
