11 year old beer

My aunt gave me a couple of cans of beer that are 11 years old. It's not homebrew just commercial beer. Do you think after 11 years in a sealed can they would still be drinkable?

I love the beer can chicken, but it seems like if you actually use the cans it tastes aluminumy (yeah, I made up a word, what of it?). I found a ceramic thing at Bass Pro with a wide base that I make mine in now and it turns out great! I've never heard anyone else have this problem, but I'm glad the product is out there.
