I'm planning on brewing my first high abv barleywine and I'm wondering if anyone knows how many lbs of grain can I mash in a 10 gallon cooler. 25 lbs too much?

I can squeeze in 13lb in a 5g tun so I assume 25 is doable in a 10g

at 1.25 qt/lb of strike water, you can fit 24 lbs...it'll be a sloppy mess when you stir though. if it were me, i'd mash about 20 lbs and use dme to make up the rest.
