not sure if you found your answer, but yes you can. you likely just need to make a step starter. i use mr. malty to find the amount of yeast required and then i use BillyBrews step starter. i do this often since i brew 10gal batches only.

Just tossing it out there, but I think brewer's friend is a much better calculator to use.
