Si I'm trying my maiden voyage into 10 gallon AG batches

I've got a bit of an issue and I'm already into the boil lol

I'm about a 1/2oz short on cascade...additions are as foolows

CENT 55mins
CENT 35mins
CASC 20mins
Casc 5mins (oops!!)

Soooo...i need to sub something in our move around stuff....this nis what i got on hand

Columbus
Cent
magnum
Willamette
Sazz
Amarillo

Any suggestions?

I would use CENT. I actually made this recipe with all CENT and it turned out great. If you want a different profile then I would suggest either Columbus or Amarillo. Both are great aroma hops in my opinion with Amarillo being the closest to Cascade. Let us know how it turns out so we can try some variety to an already good recipe!

Yeah I was thinking cent two....i wanna use up the cascade i have so will try the casc @ 5 for aroma and go with the cent @ 20.....thanks
