Going to brew this tonight, just thought Id let you guys comment on the recipe. Its a red I have been working on. Have 2 types of yeast for each carboy. Should be interesting.

15 # Gambrinus 2-row
4# Munich
.25# Crystal 120
.75 # Crystal 60
1.5 # CaraPils
.5# Chocolate malt
1 oz columbus FWH
1 oz willamette 60 min
2 oz Simcoe 20 min
1 oz Simcoe 15 min
1 oz Mt Hood 10 min
1 oz Mt Hood 5 min

Mash at 158
OG 1.056
IBU 60
WLP 001 / WLP Burton Ale

So I missed my mash temp by 2 and mashed at 156, but I went 2 over on my pre boil gavity of 1.046 and hit 1.048 so wadya know. My total vol was 13 gal of 1.048 from 23 # grain for 10 gal recipe anyone care to give me my efficiency ? My total GU for my grain was 34. Just an update. Cheers
