10% beer

I just checked the FG of my Christmas Ale and it attenuated farther than I was expecting, it came out at 10.1 %abv :rockin: It was supposed to be at 9.3% but I am not complaining. This is the biggest beer I have made so far, and I tasted the sample and it was damn good.

Nice -- highest I've gone is what I'm doing right now 7.6% -- over 10% is quite impressive. I can't wait to do one of my own

I made a Scotch Wee-Heavy Ale that clocked in right around 11% and it's very malty and as you can guess, pretty good in the alcohol dept. haha

Sounds like it's going to be a good brew.
