I will be dry hopping a 5gal batch of IPA I made a couple weeks back and wondered if I should just throw in all the Simcoe hops I have in stock (2oz) or limit it to 1oz. Everything I've read online says it will impart a piney and/or citrusy aroma. Those are two pretty big contradictions, IMO.

Is there a commercial brand that dry hops with Simcoe that I could find to judge the aroma profile?

I dry hop one of my IPA's with one ounce of Simcoe and one ounce of Cascade, turns out great.

I think that Dogfish head dry hops with simcoe and Amarillo.
