Are ALLod the ingredients just multiplied by 5? I remember reading on here that something was not necessarily 5 times as much but cant remember if it was acid blend or tannin...I am making the welches grape juice wine again and it calls for 2 tsp acid blend for a gallon and 1 tsp pectic enzyme....will I up those to 10 and 5?
1 gallon recipes upscaled to 5 gallons???

Multiply everything by a factor of 5, except for the yeast. One packet will still be enough for five gallons.
