Does the temperature probe connect with a plug (is it removable)? If so, I would be interested in testing it.

I'm interested. I've done several tests for Inkbird and never been disappointed.

I’m interested in testing one out. I’ve also been apart of a couple other trials and have always been pleased with the products.

I've been using this controller for about 3 months now for my kegerator and it is rock solid keeping temperatures within set parameters. The app provides very nice detail graph of Time Temp and Cooling/Heating cycles, total run time for "Cool" and "Heat" and can be exported as a table into an excel type spreadsheet. Very nice unit!!!!

I am interested in helping test out this product!

To add to this, I have a kegerator and a cooling tower fan. I would like to try to use the inkbird to toggle the tower fan whenever the temperature of the tower dips below a certain temp, without running the fan full time. I’d also like to use the data storage function to see how efficient my tap tower insulation is, using the toggle data. Happy to provide a full review.

Hello, honorable friend. The temperature probe is attached to the socket and is not removable. The temperature probe housing is made of stainless steel and comes with a 2 year warranty against defects in parts or workmanship.

It looks like the probe is hard wired. A removable probe like the one on the ITC-308S would be a very nice feature.

I'd be interested in trying this one out anyway.
Yes, the temperature probe on the ITC-312 is one piece and not removable for replacement at this time, I have submitted this suggestion to the engineers so we can look forward to the upgrade. Also, thank you very much for your willingness to be a part of the test, I left a message to your conversation, please check it out!
