I woke up this morning with a thought in my head about potentially brewing a beer that would be, essentially, a liquid form of spice bread, supercharged, and put in a bottle. I think it would be a great holiday drinker. I’m still quite new to specific tasting notes of malts so can any of you veterans ring off some great recipes threads and/or grains I should be eyeing to fabricate a recipe? Much thanks
