    Hi, i brewed a belgian witbier today and the estimated pre boil gravity was 1.041 and the actual pre boil gravity was 1.062. way too high. now the estimated post boil gravity was 1.046 and the actual post boil gravity was 1.038. way too low. i mashed for 60 minutes recirculating at 148 degrees...
