    Correct position to Thermopar or probe in eletrical brewing

    Hi, could some someone help me to this question: where the thermocouple(K, J or pt100) should be installed for a correct measurement in the brewing pot? Bottom or middle? My equipment have electrical resistance and I want to instal a PID to control temperature.
