    Is making (and marketing) the first "no-carb" beer in the U.S. possible?

    We know its been done in Australia (by Americans at that) with Burleigh Bighead. We know the American market is trending towards low-carb, low-alcohol beers. Put these together, it seems the American market would be receptive to a "no-carb" beer. I am at a loss to find any brewery doing...

    So I'm trying to start a new diet which is low carb. As a casual wine drinker and brewer, I'd like to continue to have a couple glasses now and then without sending my carb count too high.
