Hello friends,
A cloudy gathering has collected at the bottom of a jar in my fridge containing a second ferment (aka without a scoby).
What is it? Has anyone seen this before? I'm hoping its baby scoby clouds. What do I do?

Made my first batch and, needless to say, got some mould on top of it after a week or so. It's been a bit cooler here in the UK and I also don't think I used quite enough sugar in my brew.
