    Question about Southern Tier line

    Does anyone know what yeast they use at the Southern Tier brewery? I ask because I'm curious to know how they get the super sweet, cookie-like flavor in their higher alcohol beers. It could be massive amounts of caramel malt, but I also wonder if it isn't the yeast. I've enjoyed both the...
