    Cider allergy?

    I made my first batch of cider using yeast nutrient I tried some of it last night and I must say it is my best tasting less smelling batch yet! And it does have a kick. But last night my nose got stopped up drinking it. Is it just me or does cider do that? (I gave the cider 3 weeks to get happy...
