    Re-Rack Clearing melomel mead bottled in 2004

    So I made a batch of black berry melomel in 2004, I just stumbled across a box of amber bottles that have been sitting since then, so 15 year old melomel. I can see a little haze / settlement in the bottles, should I open strain through a coffee filter and re bottle? I started this as a hobby...
