Specialty IPA: Red IPA India Red Ale

Finally got around to brewing this one. Brilliant color going into the fermenter and it smelled so good. Can't wait to try it.

Belgian Tripel Belgian Trippel (2006 World Beer Cup Gold Medal: Dragonmead Final Absolution clone)

I added it with 5 minutes left in the boil. I'm not sure if that's the right time to add it bc it was my first time using candi sugar.

Belgian Tripel Belgian Trippel (2006 World Beer Cup Gold Medal: Dragonmead Final Absolution clone)

I finally got around to brewing a 10g batch of this today. Man, there was a lot of trub, but I hit all my numbers and it all went into the fermenter. Can't wait to try this next year.

American IPA Mr. Cheeks - Citra/Simcoe IPA

The Nas version or Grandmaster Flash? Both are classic.

Blonde Ale Squeeze My Lemon Summer Blonde

I just made this one again. I'm not sure if I want to add Lemon or grapefruit when I dry hop it. Either way, I'm sure it'll be a fine beer.

American Amber Ale Zach & Jack's African Amber

Wow this is great beer. I haven't tried the real deal, but this recipe will stay on tap.

Blonde Ale Kona Big Wave Golden Ale clone

This stuff is so good. I'm brewing 10g of this today. I brewed over 30 gallons of this last year and everyone loved it.

Blonde Ale Squeeze My Lemon Summer Blonde

Tried my first pint last night. Even undercarbed, it's an excellent beer. It's probably one of the best I've ever brewed. It almost has the grapefruit intensity of sculpin, without putting you on your *** after a few. This will stay on tap for sure.

American Amber Ale Zach & Jack's African Amber

Brewed a 10 gallon batch today. I'm so excited to try it in a month or so.

American IPA Stillmatic - Centennial/Columbus IPA

Digging the hip hop references in your recipes. This is on my list, but I plan to sub Centennial with Galena because I have a few pounds that need to be used.

Blonde Ale Squeeze My Lemon Summer Blonde

Finally got around to brewing this. Changed the first cascade addition to 20 minutes to bump up the IBUs. I plan on dry hoppping with cascade and grapefruit zest soaked in vodka. Wife wanted something similar to grapefruit sculpin with fewer IBUs and calories. I think this will be a winner.

    Sweet Stout Deception Cream Stout

I may give that a shot next time. Thanks!

    Sweet Stout Deception Cream Stout

I love this recipe, but I've found that drinking it makes my wife and I very gassy haha. My question is - If I added half the amount of lactose to the recipe, could I use a different ingredient to get the same body/sweetness?

    Sweet Stout Deception Cream Stout

I was in Joburg in October and didn't get to try the Chocolate Stout. I thoroughly enjoyed the SAB World of Beer tour and tasting though. They give you a lot of drinks for a $10 tour! What an amazing city and country. I'd love to return soon :mug:

    Sweet Stout Deception Cream Stout

My wife and I became fans of milk stouts after traveling to South Africa and trying SAB Castle Milk stout. I just tried my batch that's just over 1 month old and we both agree that it's even better than the beer we had in South Africa. I considered adding cold brewed coffee, but I'm glad I...

American IPA Mr. Cheeks - Citra/Simcoe IPA

Man this stuff is so good. Drinking my first one now and it's the best beer I've made yet. Smooth, citrusy and hoppy without being overly bitter.

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

Brewing this one today with centennial and Amarillo. Never tried that combination, so I'm curious to see how it turns out.
