me too.. I figured a few would get a kick out of tinkering with it.. so i threw it out there.. I like both the ideas.. strangely enough.. his hop schedule is almost exactly what I had decided on.. but I was going to do 40 minutes for the cascade and start chucking 2 or 3 williamette...

Lets say i order a kit crushed.. it from crush date to brew date is 6-10 days.. will that effect anything ?
