    BA$tards ripped me off

    I do 6-6.5 gal boils in a 7.5 gal pot all the time. It is really full, but get yourself some antifoam from wherever you buy your supplies. Once I started using the stuff, I've never boiled it over.

    Dogfish Head Brew Pub Visit (Rehoboth)

    I have had to travel for work to this area. In fact, the company puts us up in Rehoboth. Needless to say, I had to try the brewpub. I must say, not only is the beer is wonderful there, but the food is outstanding as well. Try the gumbo...you won't be disappointed!!

    Stainless Steel Wort Chiller?

    I saw that one of the larger suppliers online has a stainless wort chiller for sale. It is cheaper than the copper ones that they sell. I know that copper is a good metal for exchanging the heat, but would stainless work as well? Maybe I should have done a search first!! Sorry for reposting...
