Help! Do I have to pour this batch out!

I have made my modifications, and i think I am all set now. This batch is cold crashing for kegging on Saturday. Might brew another batch Saturday so I think I am all set. Basically cut the new lid to match the screw ring for the original system. Put some painters tape on the top to be able...

Help! Do I have to pour this batch out!

    Convoluted chiller won't chill

I don't think counter flow chillers are intended to be once through devices. If it was really long, it could be but for a practical sized chiller the wart should be recirculated continuously until it discharges enough heat to bring the temp down to where you want it.
