    I would put pictures of the space but that's in flux. In fact it will be in flux for the next 16 years because i'm active military. So it will have to be fairly portable for a bar.

    Yea i've done a bunch of google but i remember there were some people here who went step by step and i could possibly mooch some ideas off them. Like the fellow who built the box and put his chest freezer in it instead of building directly on the freezer. That guy is smart.

    When i was a kid i was in my parents basement lifting weights when i started to smell gas from the boiler. My dad came down and we started searching. as we pull up the exaust piping for the boiler two dead crows fall out. That scared the **** out of me.

    I agree to some extent but it really depends on style and gravity. Bigger beers usually need aging to mellow out harsh flavors and blend things togeather. Sometimes big beers will seem less "hot" with aging. However IPAs and IIPAs IMO are best young when those hops just walk up behind...

    Yea the Saisons i've had in the past have been very similary to a malty tripel, and not overly sour. Maybe a slight tartness. The gusher = infection IMO.
