    Kegco Mill?

Thank you! You are awesome! I have access to all kinds of steel and aluminum fabrication equipment at work so I might over-engineer something on Solidworks.

    Kegco Mill?

So I read someone using 6mm screws and a couple others using 8mm screws. Anyone know the hole pattern for the base? I ordered the kegco 3 roller mill yesterday and I'd love to fabricate something at work in time to use it on arrival.

MM2 or MM3 fit BC Base?

I just ordered the kegco 3 roller without a base so I would like to make one myself. I have all kinds of fabrication equipment at work but I haven't been able to find cutout dimensions or bolt pattern for this. Any idea? I would like to get it made in the mean time instead of waiting for it to...

Sample was good and seems pretty close but I can't say yet as I have never drank a warm flat shiner.

Jack's Shiner- A Shiner Bock clone using MJ-54. ------Yes, this was basically done with primary ferm after only 2 days.

I do something similar. If you see my graphs above, the full curve takes place in about 8 days for these brews, (yeast, temp, fermentables all change the time). I then add 2 more days to let them clean up a bit, but I don't log that data because there isn't much to see.

My latest- Saison using 3711. It didn't go quick but it just kept going and going until I kegged it. I'm sure the last few points will still chip away and start carbonation.

    Tilt hydrometer SG

Basically what I was getting at in a previous post. I have found that the averages of 4 readings taken over an hour to be pretty reliable, other than the wort stratification issue. That issue really could effect several kinds of calculators. I brewed a saison last night and 10 min after it was...

    Tilt hydrometer SG

I played around with this old phone and I think it was just part of THIS phone. Motorola when they first started trying built in app killers during sleep mode. But the work-around app is super easy to use and will still dim the screen to about its lowest level.

    Tilt hydrometer SG

I really enjoy mine. I use an old phone plugged in the same room that I keep my fermenters in with some random app I found to keep the phone from falling asleep and have it log every 15 min. Like others have said, I love checking it at work and seeing where it is. I love the data collection and...
