    transporting a finished beer!

    I made a beer with my brother inlaw and kept it at his house its an IIPA and I wanted to do 2plus weeks one gallon on oak and bourbon and another gallon on oak and dark rum... my problem is that the beer is 2 hours away I wanted to bottle the 3 gallons of beer and take the 2 one gallon carboys...

    cold temp storing?

    -1yr homebrewer- Ice seen in some clone recipes that DFH dose some cold storing for their 90 ipa... I made ipa with the Wyeast 1056 strain and a og of 1.072 and was wondering what dose this do to the beer? And what benefits dose it have? Hope someone can teach me something new thanks.
