so admittedly, this will sound lame, but it turned out drinkable, and has alcohol in it. i took the midas touch clone... decided i didn't want to search for muscat grapes, or spend money on saffron, so i bought frozen concentrated grape juice (1 can), had about a pound of leftover frozen...

in my rookie opinion... i like corona bottles because they are clear and i like to look at my beer for clarity. also mexican glass is a little thicker because down there they just re-fill old bottles at the brewery. but there is no way to get the labels off. newcastle bottles are also nice...

i actually like the heinies... the amstel lights feel a bit thin to me, like the glass isn't as good quality. the hardest bottles i have come across to cap is a hoegaarden bottle. the sam adams are nice, but i had one explode on me, blew its seam at the bottom,with enough force to knock to top...

what about adding crushed NoDoze, or StayAwake, 200mg caffeine pills to the brew? i figure with each cup of coffee around 100mg of caffeine/8oz cups->12oz beers->10beers/gallon->1500mg/gallon->about 8 pills per gallon in a batch... now, caffeine content per cup varies widely, and those "5hr...

thanks for the info... maybe i'll stick to experimenting with beer. i was also wondering though, is there any evidence that yeast nutrient adds flavor? because i tasted that stuff, and it is not pleasant. thanks again, i guess i will just mix this stuff with some crazy amount of sugar, drop...
