    Fremont Summer Ale

Ty, I brewed this last summer and got pretty close, didn't quite have the hop nose I was looking for. Your recipe won't open/display for some reason. I'd like to see it, particularly your hop schedule. Could you post it? Thanks.

    STC-1000 Housing/Self Contained

Nice job. I've built a few using Radio Shack project boxes but The box you used much better. Looks, professional, solid and more "electrical" looking lol. Thanks for posting.

    5.2 CF Freezer for Kegarator

Is anybody using a 5.0/5.2 CF chest freezer for a keezer? My son & I want to build a small keezer that will will hold two 5gal kegs, CO2 bottle & regulator. I've looked at a few online and based on the specs it looks like it would be close. Thanks.

    Minifridge that fits carboys?

Thanks for the reply. Another question. Could you tell me about the fitting you have in the lid? Looks sturdy & clean, I would like to use a blow-off tube vs an airlock and your setup looks nice. Thanks.

    Minifridge that fits carboys?

This fridge looks perfect for what I need, single Carboy fermentation chamber. Were there any mods, cutting door panel, ect?

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

I just brewed a 5 gal batch last Friday and wanted to increase the ABV but wasn't sure exactly how to do it without changing the taste/profile. I've brewed 4 batches of it and really like it would just like to increase the ABV. Hopefully somebody with more experience can help out.

    Propane burner problem

I thought they might too. I would have been fine with sending them the one I have and even paying for the shipping but they didn't offer or suggest anything like that.

    Propane burner problem

Just thought I'd post an update. Yesterday I went and had one of the propane tanks topped off. Brought it home, hooked it up, followed the correct sequence of opening the propane tank and turning the regulator on. Same store, very weak and non-adjustable flame. I contacted Blichmann via. Email...

    Shelf Life of Kegged Beer

Hammy71, Perfect! That's great to hear. Thanks for including the pic too. I have another CO2 tank and regulator so I can do what your doing and have two or three in the pipeline. I get what you are saying about the IPA's or maybe any beer which has been dry hopped, the longer they sit the more...

    Shelf Life of Kegged Beer

I've been kegging for about a year now. I have a two-keg kegarator. I would like to have a couple of kegs on hand so when a keg kicks I'll have another ready to go, keep the pipeline going. I'd be storing the kegged beer in my basement which averages about 60 degrees year round. I'm hoping that...

    Propane burner problem

Billsbrew, thanks for the info. I wouldn't have thought to purge the regulator/burner line. I'll drag it out tomorrow and give it a try.
