    Has anyone tried this before? I got this for a gift and the first shipment is in Jan. Just wondering if it will be any good. Although it is free beer, so it cant be too bad.

    A little input on my dunkelweizen recipe

    Cafepress trouble

    Anyone else have trouble with getting your products up on your store front when you started. I can view them when I am logged in but if you go to my link http://www.cafepress.com/hopmonkey you can't see any of the items. Anyone here that uses this site know whats going on?

    quick stir plate ?

    I'm making my first starter tonight for this weekends brew and I was wondering when should I take the flask OFF the stir plate. I fiqured I'll let it go from tonight to sat. and just dump the hole lot in. Any other suggestions?

    Have you used your home grown hops

    I'm brewing up an ordinary bitter this weekend with some fuggles I grew. I wanted to dry hop with some home grown as well, but I am a little nervous about that. Anyone else using theirs?

    The flying saucer in Charlotte said they got 1 of 2 kegs the Bells brewery sent to NC. Just wondering if anyone else has had a chance to try it. BTW , one of the best belgian wits I have ever tasted!

    Home grown hop harvest

    Has anyone harvested their hops yet? I just pulled about 2 oz. off my first year fuggles. Also, dose anyone know how your supposed to get the plant ready for the colder months so you can regrow next year?

    First steam style beer

    I have never brewed with a lager yeast ,, and was wondering how long i should leave this batch in the primary, secondary and bottles. The white labs san-fran yeast is fermenting at 69 deg in its first week in the primary right now. Anybody familiar with this?
