    Opinion about Mini keg/draft system

    I bought 4 5L minikegs and a tap-a-draft system and I have so far used them for 1 batch. It gets pretty annoying having to set a new CO2 bullet every time you change over. But there's a guy on eBay who makes conversion kits so you can add a legit tap to the minikegs.

    coopers draught

    I used Coopers Draught for my second batch (1st was Coopers Irish Stout) and I'm still learning and by no means am I an expert but 1kg of sugar struck me as strange since the Stout called for 2-3lbs of DME. I've had it fermenting for about a week and I'm just kinda scared how it's gonna turn...
