I am specifically talking about the mouthfeel of Founders Porter. That is the mecca of. Porter as far as I'm concerned. I have brewed several porters and none have the silky smooth character I like about Founders.

Aside the obvious....HOMEBREW What's your favorite snack while brewing? My brother and I enjoy cocktail shrimp, tossing a few tails over our shoulder as sort of a ceremonial ritual after the mash but before the boil.:mug:
