    How often is everyone changing their keg lines?

    Occasionally, when soaking a keg, I'll pressurize it and flush and soak the lines with PBW. Afterwards. I'll StarSan them. Works great.

    Brewed a 10 gallon batch of Pliny the Elder clone yesterday. I used a 3 liter starter and it's bublbing nicely.

    Sounds like 1 cubic centimeter of water still weighs 1 gram.

    A pound of chocolate malt seems like a lot. I've never used more that 4oz or so for a chocolate stout.

    Lightest Color Recipe you know?

    I made a session IPA using Briess Pilsen DME. It is the lightest color DME, I believe at 2 SRM. I added a few pounds of Vienna, also incredibly light. It was almost too light, not much malt flavor, but it was very light in color.
