    Jack-O-Travelers

I'm looking for a Jack-O-Travelers clone. I've made pumpkin beer before but this one is just too tasty not to try. My previous attempt was ok, but I want something that taste like your eating a pumpkin pie! If this is the wrong area, can a mod move it please. Thanks

WTB: 10 gallon stainless brew kettle - Boston

I went on ebay and bought a 60 quart stainless brew pot for $95 shipped. This thing is great. No spiggot but it works great. I even made a rib-cage design wort chiller for it.

    Wee Heavy Strong Scotch Ale

I took mine out at 45 mins into the mash. As for the grist, yes it is.just the grains. Try to drain as much liquid out of it before you boil the grist. That is how it is done. You can also look up brew tv decoction. That will give you a good idea how to do it. It's about 28 min long

    Wee Heavy Strong Scotch Ale

For every pound of grain, you take a quart of grist. Leave as much liquid in the mash tun. Boil grist for 15 min. Then return the grist back into the mash. Only put enough grist back in to reach your rest temp.

I have 60' of 3/8" copper piping. I know how to bend the pipe. I need the parts that connect to the sink faucet to complete this bad boy, but most people seem to use a garden hose. I am using 1/2" clear tubing for mine. Can anyone help?

American Amber Ale Caramel Amber Ale

So I took this out of primary and forced carbed it. It tasted more hoppy than I like. It is good but I'm not a hoppy person. Next time I'll put kents in at the 60 min and none else. My FG was 1.025 so I don't know why its hoppy tasting
