    Hard Seltzer water profile

    Hey everyone. I am trying to brew my second batch of Hard Seltzer. I am trying to perfect the water chemistry and I can not find a finite answer as to what to add. I'm brewing 5 gallon batches. Do I add gypsum? Citric Acid? baking soda? There has to be an exact answer somewhere. Fred
