    Coopers wheat beer fermentation time.

    Hi, started brewing a wheat beer with the coopers DIY kit 3 days ago, i took the krausen collar off today, and there is absolutely no foam on the top, although the collar had lot of scum. Is fermentation complete? How many days for bottling? Thankful for any help or comments. Juan
