    Flat beer

I tried kegging my beer for first time. I carbonated with 1/2 cup of priming sugar and it sat for two weeks. Tapped it today and its flat. Any way to save it?

    Kit Storage

I have a partial grain kit I have had in the fridge for about two months (dry yeast not in fridge). I would like to brew it tomorrow. Is two months too long for a kit to be in fridge? It is an Anchor Steam knock off. Thanks. P

Thanks. Do you 2 stage ferment all brews or only certain styles?

    Stout

Just brewed a stout. Partial grain kit. After i transfered to secondary (which i now know was unnecessary) i havent noticed any activity. Should i just bottle and hope for best? Its been in secondary 5 days. I tasted it before transfer and it tasted good but a little thin.

    Newbie question

Ive brewed two batches so far from extracts. First batch was an ale and i used tap water. Tasted fine. Second i used an ale and spring water. Tasted metallic. Is tap water better for homebrewing?
