720- had a few to many while brewing and just dropped it. 721 brew stand collapsed on first 10 gal batch. Lost hydrometer, 10 gallons of home brew, and two bottles of yeast 722- toddler trying to take a reading. ( she can't wait to start brewing) Finally bought a refract.

So if I take a five gallon batch recipe and cut it down to a one gallon batch do I just divide all the ingredients by five? What about boil time? What are your guys before boil and after boil volumes?

Tapped a keg two weeks ago for tasting and everything worked fine. Took it off tap for another keg and now once I re tapped it I get nothing but foam. Where should I start?

Need a little help programming mine. I figured out how to adjust the degrees. For f1-f4. Controller works properly I think. I don't know what f1 - f4 are though. I'm assuming from another post that f 1 is to be set at the temp you want the fridge at? F 2 is the swing??? And f 3 is the compressor...

Can't find Marris otter in beeralchemy. I found how to add it to the ingredients but I can't find any of the numbers to put in (color, extract percentage, moisture percentage,) any nudge in the right direction would be much appreciated. Thanks

Could I some how wire in a extra socket for a fan off of the same extension chord? Having four outlets instead of just two. Two being for the controller and two at constant power? If so could you guys give me help on wiring it in?? Thanks
