    Best Fining Agents for Unfiltered Cider

    I've been making wine but i've just had my first go at cider. I'm accustomed to using fining agents after racking. Does anyone have suggestions for products to use? Egg Whites? Gelatin? Does it matter when you add your agent? Thanks Paul
