    Ipa hop bill

    Help me decide on a hop bill for an ipa. I'm thinking of doing 10 gallons. Maybe 100% pils, maybe 50/50 pils and two row. Haven't decided yet. Here are the available hops. 2 oz Galaxy 2 oz nugget 6 oz cascade 8 oz citra 8 oz Amarillo 1 lb centennial I'm thinking 6 1/2% 80 ibus Thoughts?

    Jester king , texas question.

    At the end of the month I'm going to Galveston for a cruise. My cruise ends on a Sunday. My question is can you buy beer in Texas on Sunday and is there any good places to buy beer, specifically jester king, right off the hi way between Galveston and Kansas.

    Ranger clone help

    Was gonna brew a nb ranger kit I have today. Question is, I know nb says they have simcoe it the recipe. The kit came with none. So I happen to have an ounce of it and was gonna go ahead and use it. Would it be better to use it at 15 min for a flavor or save it for a dry hop with cascade?
