    Fermentation time....how long is too long?

    So I have some beer i just started to ferment in my primary, however i just found out i have to leave town for 10 days. I will be leaving on the 12th day of fermentation, and won't return until 22nd. My debate is whether i should just let it go in the primary until i get back and bottle that...
