i made 4 kegs of apfelwein for a friends wedding on 8.11.07 so that's 20 more gallons 1803 + 20 = 1823

i did this brew w/ an extra 2 lbs of light DME and 3 grams of some special hops i passed around a 1/2 gallon while waiting in line for a concert on tuesday it went QUICK and i got a ton of compliments this is a great beer and i'll definitely do it again i went 2 weeks primary 6 weeks...

bahhhh, those kids don't need juice!!! that's all for the adults now :ban: it's funny because my 14 yr old loves apple juice and when i told her it was all for the carboy she wasn't very pleased :mad:

nope...it's an adaption of 3 or 4 recipies i've seen and just kinda threw them all together. i will tell you this...it tasted DELICIOUS before i pitched the yeast. it's bubblin like crazy right now. this one is gonna be tough to wait on :(

here's a melomel i put together this evening it's named after my daughter cloe's blueberry melomel makes 2 gallons 3 lbs clover honey 1 gallon blueberry/pomegranete juice 2 frozen apple juice concentrate 3 qt. water 3 green tea bags 2 lbs fresh/frozen blueberries 1 packet lalvin...

1119 +5 more = 1124 just made some on 4.25 didn't wanna wait till the 1st one was gone ;)

over 1k gallons is incredible man, i can't wait to try this!!! i think i'm doing 5 more gallons this weekend just so when the 1st 6 gallons i made are done...i have more all ready to go

ok well i'm relaxing having one of MY homebrews:D and i'm not worrying too damn much ;) while i brew an ipa...this is "wave that flag" ipa although, if you have a HB every time charlie papazian says to look out!!!! :tank: this is great drinking yer own while brewing...

he probably couldn't taste the deliciousness of the bud after that...lucky him ;)
